Ordering items with Screams Africa could not be easier; we want to give you the best possible, hassle-free way to purchase products from us. We accept payments by Credit & Debit card and Paypal.
Paying by paypal couldn’t be easier and Screams Africa highly recommend this form of method of payment because its safer, faster and easier and allows you to shop on thousands of websites without having to share your financial information.
Delivery
Delivery, Shipping and handling is included in the product prices for delivery within the United Kingdom, However deliver prices in the rest of Europe and Internationally vary and is dependent on delivery destination.
Items are dispatched to you once you are in receipt of our invoice outlining product features and price. Please allow 28 business days. If items are in the process of being shipped from Africa because you have requested bespoke or personalised items we will let you know by email how long we expect delivery to be. When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your inbox to confirm your order has dispatched. If you have not received your order within 28 business days, we will need to raise a full investigation, which can take up to 7working days. Once we can confirm this, we can re-dispatch your order (stock willing).
Returns
Screams Africa try our utmost to give you what you paid for. In the unlikely event where you wish to return an item please contact hello@screamsafrica.com with full details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can return any unwanted item to us for a refund which will exclude original shipping costs up to 7 days after receipt of item however In the event of an item being returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Items can be returned to the following address:

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and either order your replacements or apply your refund to your original payment type. This will usually take up to 3 working days from receipt of the item. However do not forget to obtain and keep your certificate of postage as this will act as your proof of delivery in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
All refunds will automatically be issued to the card you used to place your original order. This takes approximately 5 working days in the UK dependent on your bank/card issuer.
